COVID-19 Information

Travelling to Romania is possible under the current COVID-19 regulations.

According to Decision no. 28 of 14.05.2021 on approving the list of countries / territories of high epidemiological risk, the criteria on the basis of which they are established, as well as the rules for applying the quarantine measure on persons arriving from them in Romania the classification of countries / territories of epidemiological risk of the incidence rate cumulated at 14 days is split in three categories:

Green Zone – where the cumulative incidence rate of new COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days per 1,000 inhabitants is less than or equal to 1.5. People travelling from green areas are not expected to present any additional document at arrival in Romania.

Yellow Zone – where the cumulative incidence rate of new COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days per 1,000 inhabitants is between 1.5 and 3 per 1,000 inhabitants; People traveling from yellow areas are not required to quarantine themselves upon arrival if they are vaccinated or have a negative PCR test, not older than 72 hours. 

Red Zone – where the cumulative incidence rate of new COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days per 1,000 inhabitants is greater than or equal to 3 per 1,000 inhabitants. People traveling from red areas are expected to quarantine themselves upon arrival.

Starting May 17th, 2021 events held inside are allowed with the participation of maximum 50 people, if the incidence rate of the new cases is less or equal to 3/1000 inhabitants.

The event will follow all regulations in place. Masks will be required at all times during the event. In case the conditions change and travel to Romania or the organization of the seminar will not be possible due to the adoption of new restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
