Barry works in housing delivery communications for a London council. A former elected local councillor in the London Borough of Harrow, with roles that included Deputy Leader of the Council, Barry was also a senior adviser in London’s local government. Barry has degrees in economics and political philosophy, and did graduate research (on Lon Fuller and legal naturalism) and taught philosophy at the University of Hull and the University of Arizona.
