Dominique Augey holds a PhD in economics – University Professor in Information and Communication Sciences, she is a researcher at the AMSE laboratory (Aix Marseille School of Economics). She specializes in media economics, and the economics of innovation and is the author of several books on information theory and monetary theory. She is an elected official, deputy mayor of Aix-en-Provence in charge of the budget.
