Vincent Bénard is a regional planning engineer. He was an analyst at the Turgot Institute (Paris) and director of the Hayek Institute in Brussels. He is a housing specialist and a close observer of financial crises. He has also devoted many texts to the issue of climate change. He was awarded the libérals.org prize in 2009.
