Dr. Dominique Lazanski works at the intersection of technology, governance, and international policy. She specializes in internet governance, cybersecurity, technical standards, and multilateral negotiations, with experience spanning the private sector, academia, and international institutions. Dominique currently advises governments, international organizations, and technology companies on emerging technologies, digital policy, and standards development, while representing the United Kingdom in international technical negotiations. She is active in Ukraine’s technology ecosystem, supporting innovation and dual-use technology development. She is also a published scholar and an accomplished biathlete and orienteer.
