Eduardo Nolla

Eduardo Nolla is a professor of political theory and international consultant in higher education. He has hold positions as researcher and professor at Yale University, vice-rector of San Pablo-CEU University, rector of Camilo José Cela University and academic director of the Ortega y Gasset Foundation. He is an internationally recognized authority in Alexis de Tocqueville and has been decorated by the Spanish, French and Colombian governments.
