Dr. Mario J. Rizzo is a professor of economics and Director of the Foundations of the Market Economy Program at New York University. He was also the 2017-2018 Hayek Distinguished Visiting Professor for the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He received his BA from Fordham University, and his MA and PhD from the University of Chicago.

Nouh El Harmouzi Director of the first Classical Liberal Think Tank created in the Arab World: “The Arab Center for Scientific Research and Humane Studies” Which has organized dozens of colloquiums, Seminars, Summer Schools, Workshops in Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Jordan, etc., and published more than 100 Videos on Youtube  (www.arab-csr.org). He is a Professor of Economics at the Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra, Morocco.

Dr. Steve Davies is the Head of Education at the IEA. Previously he was program officer at the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS) at George Mason University in Virginia. He joined IHS from the UK where he was Senior Lecturer in the Department of History and Economic History at Manchester Metropolitan University. He has also been a Visiting Scholar at the Social Philosophy and Policy Center at Bowling Green State University, Ohio. A historian, he graduated from St Andrews University in Scotland in 1976 and gained his PhD from the same institution in 1984.

Daniel Dufort is a seasoned public policy professional. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Laval University, and has worked in federal politics in the office of the 22nd Prime Minister of Canada as a speechwriter, issues manager, and stakeholder relations and strategic planification advisor. He has also been the Director of Issues Management and a policy advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure and the Prime Minister’s political lieutenant for Quebec.

Antoine Gentier is Professor of Economics at Aix-Marseille University. He is also director of the Master's degree in Business, Law and Economics and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Economists and Humane Studies, a scientific journal dedicated to the Austrian school of economics. His research interests include monetary and banking economics, bank management, financial and banking analysis of firms and banks, taking into account the contributions of the Austrian school of economics and free banking. He co-edited with François Facchini the book L'École Autrichienne de A à Z (The Austrian School from A to Z).

Radu Nechita is an associate professor who teaches Microeconomics, Globalization and Development, European Economic Integration at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Department of European Studies). His general topics of interest gravitate around the institutional factors of development, with emphasis on regulations, monetary and fiscal policies.

Philippe Nemo is a professor of political and social philosophy and historian of French political ideas at ESCP Europe. His fields of research range from liberalism, in particular Friedrich Hayek, of which he is the main French specialist, to the history of political ideas, the idea of the West and the republican idea. He has also published studies on the problem of education and contemporary pedagogy.

Pierre Bentata is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Law of Aix Marseille University. Previously, he was director of Rinzen and professor at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Troyes - SCBS.  His books include: Des jeunes sans histoire (Youth without issues, Libréchange 2016), Les désillusions de la liberté (Desillusions of Freedom, Ed. Observatoire 2018), L'aube des idoles (The Dawn of Idols, Ed. Observatoire 2019), De l'esprit de servitude au XXI siècle ( The Spirit of Servitude in the XXIst century, Ed. Henri Lepage is a French economist, member of the group of "new economists", co-founder of the Université d'été. He is best known for his books Tomorrow capitalism, Tomorrow liberalism, Why property, La nouvelle économie industrielle (The new industrial economics), which introduced the Public Choice school and Austrian economics to France. He founded Institut Turgot in the 2000's. Henri was a MEP.
