As Senior Land and Resource Governance Advisor at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), I brought over 20 years of experience and a strategic, systems-thinking approach to the design and implementation of programs to secure land and property rights for women and men. I have supported international negotiations (VGGT and UNCCD) and was fortunate to work with colleagues in Washington, at other donor agencies and philanthropies and at USAID Missions to promote successful engagement with government counterparts and communities. With a goal of delivering positive change on the ground, my work has focused on leveraging political, social and economic opportunities to innovate and improve outcomes.
