Yorick de Mombynes, born in 1975, is a senior French civil servant. He graduated from ESCP Business School and Sciences Po, holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Paris-Sorbonne University, and is a graduate of the École nationale d’administration (ENA).
He served as a technical advisor to François Fillon and also worked within TotalEnergies. He is the author of La Philosophie esthétique d’Ayn Rand (Institut Coppet, 2014), with a foreword by Alain Laurent.
